Sometimes that means I write the code myself. Full-stack builds, AI-powered, done in days instead of quarters. Sometimes it means I sit with your team, look at what you're building, and tell you why it's taking three times longer than it should.

The shape changes. The point never does: you should be shipping faster than you are.

I've built startups with FAANG clients. Then I took that speed to enterprise and proved it works at scale. 300x deployment rate increases. Not 300 percent. Three hundred times faster. The bottleneck is never what people think it is.

Now I run a one-person studio and ship products using the same AI workflows I'll bring to your problem. I use Claude Code, Cursor, and custom agents every day. The advice comes from this week's code, not last year's slides.

That might look like building your prototype in a week instead of a quarter. It might look like reviewing your architecture and telling you which half to throw away. It might mean spending a day with your developers, on their codebase, making them dangerous with tools they've only read blog posts about.
