Background
I started in startups. Built multiple companies. Worked with clients from FAANG and some of the most recognized brands in the world. Startups move fast because they have to.
Then I went to enterprise to see if that speed was transferable. It was. I achieved 300x deployment rate increases—not 300%, actual 300x. Led Nordic-wide technology groups for 1000+ person companies. Ran 50+ developer teams.
The lesson: most organizations move slow because of process debt and learned helplessness, not actual constraints. Fix the right problems and speed follows.
What I Do Now
I run Fixer of the North as a one-person AI-augmented product studio. I build and ship products using the same AI-native workflows I write about and train teams on. The whole operation is proof that small teams with the right tools can outpace organizations 100x their size.
Why "Fixer of the North"?
I'm based in Finland. I fix problems. The name stuck.
