I build AI tools and help teams ship faster. I've spent my career proving that "we can't move that fast" is usually wrong.

Background

I started in startups. Built multiple companies. Worked with clients from FAANG and some of the most recognized brands in the world. Startups move fast because they have to.

Then I went to enterprise to see if that speed was transferable. It was. I achieved 300x deployment rate increases—not 300%, actual 300x. Led Nordic-wide technology groups for 1000+ person companies. Ran 50+ developer teams.

The lesson: most organizations move slow because of process debt and learned helplessness, not actual constraints. Fix the right problems and speed follows.

What I Do Now

I build products. Copreneur.ai helps solopreneurs prioritize what matters. MoiAgent lets you create remote CLI tools for AI systems. Both solve problems I had myself.

I write about AI. Not the hype. The practical side—what actually works, what doesn't, and how to get results without waiting for the technology to "mature."

I help teams ship faster with AI. Training on tools like Claude Code and Cursor. Advisory on integrating AI into real workflows. Same approach as always: find the actual blockers, remove them, measure results.

Why "Fixer of the North"?

I'm based in Finland. I fix problems. The name stuck.
